摘要
针对露天矿卡车调度系统难以量化因素指标并进行综合评价的问题,提出了层次分析与模糊评价相结合的综合评价方法。首先依据层次分析法(AHP)原理,对影响卡车调度系统的因素进行了分析,将卡车调度系统流程分为目标层、准则层、指标层3层结构,从而确定了相应的评价指标体系。在此基础上,根据层次分析法得出的各层因素的权重,采用模糊评价方法进行综合评价。通过实例应用验证了综合评价方法的合理有效性,为矿山卡车调度系统的评价和选择提供了有效的方法和依据。
In view of the difficulty in quantifying the factors index and making comprehensive evaluation of truck dispatching system in open pit mine,the comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation is put forward.First,on the basis of the principle of analysis hierarchy process(AHP),factors that influence the truck dispatching system are analyzed,and the truck dispatching system process is divided into 3layers of target layer,criterion layer and index layer in structure,so as to determine the corresponding evaluation index system.On this basis,according to the weight level analysis of factors at each layer obtained by using fuzzy evaluation,the fuzzy estimation method is adopted to make the comprehensive evaluation.The method is verified to be reasonable and effective by the application example.This method provides an effective method and basis for the evaluate and selection of mine truck dispatching system.
