济宁北部矿区引黄河泥沙充填复垦优化分析 被引量:3

摘要 济宁北部矿区属于高潜水位矿区,传统的土地复垦方法耕地恢复率较低,同时该矿区地属平原,复垦时不能提供充足的充填土料。针对传统复垦方法的不足,考虑到济宁北部矿区毗邻黄河,引水取沙十分方便,提出引黄河泥沙充填复垦的新方法。首先根据煤矿产量估计不同时段沉陷面积和容积,进而测算不同时段复垦需沙量和引水量。再根据引黄河泥沙充填复垦工艺确定优化原则,包括管道布设优化原则、复垦顺序优化原则、提高管道输沙效率和输沙能力原则。根据优化原则,选择合适的管网铺设形式降低复垦成本;根据煤矿开采情况,选择沉陷稳定区域优先开采,避免重复复垦;选择合适的采沙输沙设备及其配套设备、管道管径、管材、不淤流速、最佳输水含沙量,以有效提高管道输沙能力、泥沙输送效率。优化成果可为实际引黄河泥沙充填复垦工程提供依据。 Jining Mining Area belongs to a high phreatic mining area,and traditional reclamation methods have low recovery rate of arable land.The north of Jining mining area is the plain,filling soil material can not be adequately provided when reclamation.For the shortcomings of traditional rehabilitation methods,and taking into account that the mine in northern Jining is adjacent to the Yellow River,and it is very convenient for water diversion and sand transporting,a new method of filling reclamation by Yellow River sediment is proposed.First subsidence area and volume of different periods according to coal production are estimated,and sediment and water diversions demand for reclamation at different times are predicted.Then,the filling reclamation process of Yellow River silt is depending to determine the optimization principles,including optimization principle of pipeline layout,optimization principle of reclamation sequence and principle of improving the efficiency and capacity of sediment transportation.According to the principle of optimization,the appropriate layout forms of the pipe network are chosen to reduce reclamation costs;According to coal mining,the stable area in mining subsidence region is prior to be mined to avoid duplication of reclamation;selecting the appropriate sediment transport equipment and ancillary equipment,selecting the appropriate pipe diameter,pipe,and selecting the optimal water concentration of sediment,can effectively improve the sediment delivery capacity and of pipeline,and silt transport efficiency.All provide the basis for the actual reclamation project of Yellow River silt.
