考试是检验学生学习情况、教师教学质量的最直接手段,其本质意义在于督促学生学习、提示教师改进教学方法,从而提高人才培养质量。考务工作是教学管理工作的重要组成部分,管理规范、秩序井然的考务工作可激发学生的学习积极性,是维持高校正常教学秩序、促进校风学风建设、提高教学质量的重要保障。

Through examination,we can know the current situation of students＇ learning and teaching quality,its essential significance is to supervise students to learn and prompt teachers to improve teaching methods,so as to improve the quality of personnel training.The work about examination is an important part of teaching management,if the organization work is standardized and orderly,then can effective stimulate students＇ learning enthusiasm,so to maintain the order of teaching,promote the university spirit construction of study and improve the quality of teaching.
