卫生防疫队参加大型“灾害医疗救援”演习的实践与思考

Exploration and Consideration of Epidemic Prevention Team for Attending Post Disaster Medical Rescue Drill

教研室派员参加大型灾害医疗救援演习,探索地质灾害等非战争军事行动下卫生防疫队参与卫勤指挥、训练与救援工作的新规律。按照"一"心一意谋打赢,教研室全力以赴准备演习;"两"个阵地两手抓的原则进行卫生防疫保障;"三"方互动要加强——增强了教研室参演人员和机关、前方和后方的联系;"四"个阶段有区别——突出解决重点问题和难点问题的方法进行训练。通过卫生防疫队形式参与大型灾害医疗救援演习,教研室顺利完成任务,积累了许多宝贵的经验,可用于未来的灾害医疗救援。

To establish an epidemic prevention team by ways of teachers from department of occupational and environmental health.To explore the novel rules of epidemic prevention team to undertake the disease prevention,medical service,train and rescue operation after the earthquake disaster.According to the requirements of medical university,more and more attention was paid to epidemic prevention;epidemic prevention were carried out on both sides;relations were reinforced among the epidemic prevention team,department of occupational and environmental health,staff of office.Each stage was discerned to stick out the key points and difficulties.Train and rescue operation of disaster medical rescue drill were completed smoothly.An epidemic prevention team which can effectively undertake the responsibility for disease prevention had been established,the feasible operation mechanisms and valuable experiences were explored and set up,which can effectively protect the life and health of people in disaster area for the future.
