通过对江西省订单定向医学生专业思想的实证研究,发现其影响因素及变化趋势,有利于深入了解订单定向医学生的报考动机、专业认识、学习现状、职业认同和职业发展情况,提出改善的对策,对于帮助学生建立积极稳定的专业思想、促进学生的学习及发展丰富和完善订单定向医学生人才培养模式具有重要的理论和实践价值,对贯彻落实国家《关于开展农村订单定向医学生免费培养工作的实施意见》和《以全科医生为重点的基层医疗卫生队伍建设规划》,促进基层卫生事业发展具有战略意义。
