医患和谐视角下临床实习生审美教育初探

摘要 临床实习生处于从医学生转型到临床医师的一个关键时期,这一时期的医学生从心理认知结构上也是从"准医生"的角度看待医患关系。加强这一时期对医学生的审美教育,对于医学生能否成为人格完整、心态健康的合格临床医师,从而构建和谐的医患关系起着至关重要的作用。本文着眼于加强临床实习生审美教育的必要性,对医学院校如何加强临床实习生审美教育的路径进行了初步探讨。 The clinical interns are in a critical period of transition from medical students to clinical doctors.In this period,students treat the doctor-patient relationship from the perspective of psychological structure of the doctors,and from the perspective of doctors.To strengthen the aesthetic education of medical students in this period,the medical students can become a complete mental health;mental health of qualified clinicians,so as to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients plays a vital role.This paper is focused on the necessity of strengthening the aesthetic education of clinical interns,and discusses how to strengthen the aesthetic education of clinical interns in medical colleges and universities.
