临床医学全日制硕士研究生职业胜任力与专业认同相关性研究

Correlation Research between Professional Competences and Specialty Identity of Full-time Postgraduate Students of Clinical Medicine

目的了解临床医学全日制硕士研究生职业胜任力与专业认同的相关性。方法采用职业胜任力调查问卷和专业认同问卷(SIQ)对381名临床医学全日制硕士研究生进行问卷调查。结果 1不同年级职业胜任力存在统计学差异(P<0.05),职业胜任力不受性别、入学志愿和学位类型的影响;2职业胜任力与专业认同呈正相关(P<0.05);3环境适应、团队协作、沟通交往、责任心对专业认同有预测作用,R2=18.6%。结论医学院校应从职业胜任力和专业认同出发,结合临床医学全日制硕士研究生的特点培养综合型医学人才。

Objective To explore the relationship between professional competence and specialty identity of full-time postgraduate students of clinical medicine.Methods 381full-time postgraduate students of clinical medicine were investigated by the questionnaire of professional competence and specialty identity questionnaire（SIQ）.Results1 Professional competence was different among 3grades（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference on scores of professional competence of students with different gender,the wish of application and the type of degree.2The correlation between professional competence and specialty identity was positive（P〈0.05）.3Adaptation to environment,teamwork,communication and responsibility were predictors of specialty identity.Conclusion Based on professional competence and specialty identity,schools should culture the full-time postgraduate students of clinical medicine with integrated abilities according to their characteristics.
