摘要
笔者作为访问学者在美国梅奥医院进行了为期半年的访问交流,感慨良多,收获颇丰。其"患者的需要至上"的核心理念、团队意识、医学教育、临床诊治及数据库和临床研究"等教育教学理念和经验值得我国医学院校的教学医院学习和借鉴。
As a visiting scholar the author began a six-month study at the Mayo Clinic in July 2014 while just ranking No.1the best hospitals in the United States.After had spent six-month at so famous hospital,the author obtained a rewarding experience from Mayo Clinic.Its core philosophy of Patients Need First,teamwork,medical education,clinical diagnosis and treatment,clinical databases and research and other teaching ideas and experience are worth learning and reference for us working in the medical colleges and teaching hospitals.
