摘要 介绍了3D腔镜技术及其视频资料的特点,结合当前腔镜手术教学中所面临的问题,总结了3D腔镜视频资料在腔镜手术教学中运用的优势,缩短了医学生在手术实践中摸索的周期和学习曲线,大大提高了医学生腔镜实际操作的精准度。作者及所在团队设计了对照实验,考核了学生的夹豆和缝合打结两种腔镜基本技能,证实3D腔镜视频资料运用于腔镜手术教学可以有效提升教学效果,是一种值得推广的教学方法。 This paper first introduces the 3D Video-assisted surgery techniques and the property of its video data,and then proposes the advantages by applying the video data in the class to improve the endoscopic surgery teaching.It was proved to be effective in improving the precision and accuracy of the operation,and significantly shortening the learning curve.The control study was applied in students of clinical practice,and progressive trainings were completed by picking-up beans and structure knot.In conclusion,it is worthwhile to further spread using 3Dvideo data in class to refine the teaching quality.
