摘要
特应性皮炎(AD)是一种常见的慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,其发病率逐年上升。当前,由于其诊断标准在我国皮肤科医生中普及率低,导致大量AD患者被漏诊。该现象的产生与我国皮肤科临床教学中的教材、教学大纲、皮肤科试卷,以及临床实习的多个环节设计不合理有密切关系。本文通过分析目前我国AD临床教学中存在的问题,提出相应的解决方案。
Atopic dermatitis（AD）is a common,chronic,relapsing,inflammatory skin condition.The incidence of this disease had been increasing in recent years.The diagnostic criteria of AD have not been popular in Chinese dermatologists,which lead to much missed diagnosis of AD patients.The phenomenon is related to multi teaching factors,such as teaching material,teaching program,test paper design and clinical practice.In this article,we analyze the problems existing in the current clinical teaching of AD,and discuses relative measures to solve the problems.
