摘要
以红叶香椿为试材,在水培条件下研究了缺素环境对香椿芽苗菜硝酸还原酶活性及营养成分的影响。结果表明:与完全营养液相比,缺氮和缺磷明显降低硝酸还原酶活性;缺素胁迫下,香椿芽苗菜可溶性蛋白质、维生素C和可溶性糖含量均显著降低;缺氮比缺磷对硝酸还原酶活性及营养成分的影响更大。
Using Toona sinensis sprouts as material,the effects of nitrogen- deficient and phosphorus-deficient on nitrate reductase( NR) activity and nutritional ingredients were studied under hydroponics culture.The results showed that compared with complete solution,nitrogen- deficient and phosphorus- deficient could both obviously decrease NR activity,soluble protein,vitamin C and soluble sugar contents. The effects of nitrogen- deficient on NR activity and nutritional ingredients were bigger than those of phosphorus- deficient.
