摘要
在大田条件下,设置4种氮、磷、钾肥料配比,采用根施法对黄芩幼苗进行施肥处理,研究不同肥料配比对黄芩生物量和有效成分积累的影响,以期为黄芩合理施肥及其专用肥的研制提供参考。结果表明:配方2对黄芩生物量的提高效果最明显,其地上分枝数量、苗高、最大根粗、地下部鲜重及干重分别高出对照48.4%、26.7%、33.1%、75.0%、200.0%(P<0.05)。配方1和配方2对黄芩有效成分含量的增加效果较明显,其中配方1黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素含量与对照相比分别增加了22.4%、17.1%、16.6%、39.7%(P<0.05),配方2与对照相比分别增加了10.4%、11.1%、78.2%、67.5%(P<0.05)。综合分析可得,4种配方对黄芩生物量及有效成分的积累均有一定的促进作用,其效果以配方2最佳。
To provide references for rational fertilization and the development of special fertilizer of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,four formulas of NPK fertilizers were designed,and the effects of different formula fertilizers on the biomass and active substance accumulation of S. baicalensis were studied under field condition with root fertilization at the seedling stage. The results showed that the formula 2 had the best effects on improving the biomass of S. baicalensis. The branch number,seedling height,maximum root diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of underground part increased by 48. 4%,26. 7%,33. 1%,75. 0% and 200. 0% respectively than that of control. The formula 1 and 2 had better effects on the increase of active substance contents of S.baicalensis. Compared with control,the contents of baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein and wogonin under formula 1 improved by 22. 4%,17. 1%,16. 6%,39. 7% respectively,and those under formula 2 improved by10. 4%,11. 1%,78. 2%,67. 5% respectively. Above all,the 4 formulas all could promote the biomass and active substance accumulation of S. Baicalensis,and the formula 2 performed the best.
