摘要
针对设施蔬菜种植过程中病虫害发生频繁、农药滥用严重的情况,本研究设计了一套基于电生功能水的设施蔬菜灌溉系统,主要包括电生功能水制取装置和设施蔬菜灌溉系统。该系统正常运行时主要参数的调节范围为:原水流量0~4.0 L/min,电解电流0~2.00 A,电解质溶液浓度0~2%,电解质溶液流量0~40m L/min。对设备所产功能水的有效存储时间和设备稳定运行时间进行试验,并在山东农业大学实验基地黄瓜温室中进行整机试验和杀菌效果验证,结果表明:设备所产功能水的有效存储时间为4天,设备运行12 min后达到稳定,使用电生功能水灌溉的黄瓜叶片得病率明显降低,用电生功能水浸泡处理黄瓜果实的杀菌效果比普通水提高了2倍多。
Considering the situations of diseases and insect pests occur frequently and pesticides are abused severely during greenhouse vegetable planting process,a greenhouse vegetable irrigation system was designed based on electrolyzed functional water. It was mainly comprised of electrolyzed functional water production device and greenhouse vegetable irrigation system. During normal operation of the system,the adjustment range of major parameters were as follows: the raw water flow rate of 0 ~ 4. 0 L / min,the electrolytic current of0 ~ 2. 00 A,the concentration of electrolyte solution as 0 ~ 2% and the flow rate of electrolyte solution as 0 ~40 m L / min. The effective storage time of electrolyzed functional water and the stable running time of the equipment were ascertained. Meanwhile,the whole machine was tested and the bactericidal effect was verified in the cucumber greenhouse in Shandong Agricultural University experimental base. The results showed that,the effective storage time of electrolyzed functional water was four days and the equipment ran stably after being started for 12 minutes. The electrolyzed functional water could obviously decrease the incidence rate of cucumber leaves. For the cucumber fruits,the bactericidal effect of electrolyzed functional water was more than 2times higher than that of ordinary water.
