摘要
对2002~2013年全国苹果种植成本、收益变动趋势进行了分析,并对全国六个苹果主产区的种植成本收益做出了比较。结果表明：我国苹果产业逐步进入了一个＂高投资,高收益＂的阶段,全国平均苹果种植总成本呈现出直线增长的态势,但增长幅度仍然低于净利润增加的幅度,成本利润率呈现出M型的波动趋势。应通过合理降低种植成本,拓展市场和营销渠道,加大政策扶持力度来促进苹果种植业的健康发展。
The cost and profit change trends in apple planting in China from 2002 to 2013 were analyzed,then those of 6 major apple planting areas were contrasted. The results showed that the apple industry in China had gradually entered into a stage of high- investment and high- profit. The national average total cost of apple planting presented a linear rising tendency,while the growth range was still lower than that of net profit,and the cost- profit ratio showed a M- type fluctuation trend. We could improve the healthy development of apple industry from aspects of reasonably decreasing planting cost,expanding markets and marketing channels,and intensifying policy supports.
