摘要
本文基于通风网络模型的基本原理,模拟建筑室内自然通风量,若模拟通风量同时大于地方标准要求的通风量和公共建筑通风时段的热舒适通风量,则认为该建筑自然通风效果良好。以重庆某办公楼为例,对其热舒适通风量、模拟通风量、节能标准要求和实测通风量进行对比分析,基于通风网络模型的软件模拟的自然通风量与实测通风量基本一致,表明本文提出的评价方法是可行的。
Based on the Ventilation Network Model(VNM),natural ventilation of building(V_1) was simulated. This paper presents two indexes,which are requirement of "ventilation in local building regulation(V_2)"and"thermal comfortable ventilation(V_3)",should be used to evaluate the design talent on building natural ventilation. It can be said that the building ventilation design meet the requirement under the premise of V_1 bigger than V_2 and V_3 simultaneously.Architecture,otherwise,needs to modify the building design according to the comments of HVAC engineer. HVAC engineer should design Mechanical Ventilation(MV) if natural ventilation really can not meet the requirement after modification. It,at last,shows a case study of office building in Chongqing in order to prove the method proposed in the paper,which do a comparative analysis about thermal comfortable ventilation,simulation ventilation,local building regulation ventilation and measured ventilation.
