摘要 基于战略联盟的协同创新模式对于提高科研创新能力、提升产业竞争能力有很强的推动作用,是推动我国产学研全面发展的全新模式。但我国的协同创新绩效有很大的局限性,极大的限制了基于战略联盟的协同创新水平的不断提高。在总结国内外相关成果的基础上,文章提出了协同创新绩效评价的详细指标,并通过对专业学者进行问卷调查的方式,对19类二级指标进行了量化打分,最终通过协同创新绩效评价模型得出最终的绩效打分,丰富了基于战略联盟的协同创新绩效评价体系。 the collaborative innovation model based on strategic alliance has a strong impetus to improve the ability of scientific research and innovation,promote industrial competitiveness,and it is a new model to promote the comprehensive development of China's domestic research and development.But the performance of collaborative innovation has great limitations,which greatly limits the continuous improvement of the level of collaborative innovation based on strategic alliance.On the basis of summing up domestic and foreign relevant results,the paper puts forward the detailed indicators of collaborative innovation performance evaluation,and through the questionnaire survey of professional scholars,the two categories of 19 indicators were quantified scoring,finally through collaborative innovation performance evaluation model to draw the final performance scoring,enrich the collaborative innovation performance evaluation system based on strategic alliance.
