基于技术成熟度曲线的哲学解读,把技术创新扩散境域分为技术源主体意识的隐含和展现,技术创新扩散环境的遮蔽和构建,技术受体创新采纳的迟疑和促成3个相连阶段。技术成熟度曲线较多重视从外部获取创新源,忽视了内部创新源的激发展现;技术成熟度曲线从管理学视角分析了技术创新范围的界定与分析、技术创新机会的排序与评估,但是较少言涉技术创新扩散环境及技术所适用的技术时空语境;技术成熟度曲线认为宣讲和转移在创新采纳阶段起着至关重要的作用,但是仅限于企业内部的宣讲和转移,忽视了对技术使用者的宣讲。结合技术成熟度曲线的批判解读,促进技术创新扩散的具体对策可以概括为,从内部和外部获取、追踪技术源,对技术创新扩散环境的时空语境进行全方位技术解释,对所涉技术创新边界的所有技术体进行宣讲、转移,促成技术创新的实质采纳。

in this paper,technology maturity curve of philosophical interpretation based on,the technology innovation diffusion realm points for the technology to be the source of the subject consciousness and hidden show,technology innovation diffusion environment shaded and construct,receptor technology innovation adoption of hesitation and contributed to three connected stages.Technology maturity curve more attention to obtain from an external source of innovation,and ignore the internal innovation source excitation show;technology maturity curve from the management perspective analysis of the technology innovation in the range of definition and analysis,sorting and evaluation of technology innovation opportunity,but less talked about technology innovation diffusion environment and techniques,which can be applied to the contextual spacetime;mature technology curve that preaching and transfer plays a crucial role in the innovation adoption stage,but only to preaching and transfer the enterprise internal,ignoring the preaching of users of technology.Combining technology maturity curve of critical analysis of the specific countermeasures to promote the diffusion of technological innovation can be summarized as,obtained from internal and external,tracking source technology,the full range of technical interpretation of the spatial and temporal context of the diffusion of technological innovation,technology in all the related technical innovation boundary preach,transfer,contributed to the adoption of the essence of technology innovation.
