中部地区高校专利产出的结构特征研究

中部地区其他高校专利产出结构明显失衡,究其原因,传统高校分类管理体制制约了普通大学、其他高校专利产出的发展潜力,以及产业发展质量不高也是中部地区高校专利产出结构失衡的重要原因。为改进中部地区高校专利产出结构失衡,应当改革高校教育管理体制与机制,推动高校创新与地方经济发展的融合;优化产业发展环境,深入推进相关政策的落实与实施。

The structure of the patent output of is obviously unbalanced in the central region.The reason is that the traditional classification management system hinders the development of the patent output of universities and colleges,and Industrial development is not high quality.In order to improve the structural imbalance of patent output in universities,we should optimize the industrial development environment and expand the demand for technological innovation,reform the management system and mechanism and promote the integration of university innovation and local economic development,further promote the implementation of related policies.
