内蒙古自治区企业技术创新能力研究

Research on the Enterprise Technology Innovation inthe Inner Mongolia

采用因子分析法构建了企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,横向对比了2013年度内蒙古自治区与全国其他省级行政区的企业技术创新能力。通过因子贡献率得分及分解发现,内蒙古自治区企业的技术创新环境、科技产出能力均处于全国较低水平。因此,内蒙古自治区科技相关管理部门应该从加大经费投入、保护知识产权、构建科技成果的奖励机制、培养科技人才等方面入手,以促进企业的技术创新能力。

This paper construct the evaluation index system of enterprise technology innovation ability based on the factor analysis,and make a horizontal contrast on the enterprise technology innovation ability.in Inner Mongolia and other provincial-level administrative region of the country in 2013.Based on the factor contribution score and decomposition,the Inner Mongolia enterprise＇s technology innovation environment,output of science and technology are at the lower levels in all country.As a result,the management department should increase funds,protect intellectual property rights,construct the reward mechanism of scientific and technological achievements,cultivate talents of science and technology,so as to promote enterprise＇s technological innovation ability.
