An Empirical Study on Innovation Performance of Internationalization Firms Influenced by Open Innovation Models

运用国际化、企业创新为理论,开放式创新为理论视角,高新技术企业为样本,探讨了内向型与外向型模式对创新绩效的影响机制。研究发现企业国际化程度提高创新绩效,但受到创新模式的不同调节作用。内向型负向调节国际化程度和创新绩效关系;外向型有着正向调节作用。最后讨论了对企业国际化与创新的理论与实践启示。

Combining theories of internationalization,firm innovation and employing high-tech firms as the research sample,it investigated the influencing mechanisms of both inbound and outbound models on innovation performance from a perspective of open innovation.The research found that the degree of internationalization of firms improved their innovation performance.However their relationships were moderated differently by innovation models.The inbound model negatively moderated the relationship between the degree of internationalization and the outbound model had positive moderation effects.Finally,it posited theoretical and practical implications for the internationalization and innovation of firms.
