风险资本的特性决定了其需要在流动中才能最大化发挥作用,故而对风险资本退出机制的建立十分重要。从风险资本的内涵和特征入手,通过对已有风险资本退出方式的归纳总结以及对风险资本退出影响因素的分析,并结合科技成果的转化过程,初步构建出科技成果转化中完整的风险资本退出机制。
