摘要以澳大利亚研究理事会(ARC)的"合作计划"为例,考察国家科学资助机构促进产学研合作机制路径及其运行特征,对我国产学研合作机制进行了政策分析。ARC主要通过机构、项目、科研环境和产业导向等4个方面促进产学研合作,在机制运行方面形成了重视制度保障、强调产业发展导向、加强科研基础建设和进行高强度、连续性的资助。 The paper investigates the mechanism and pathway of the collaborative projects between higher education researchers and other parts of the national innovation system funded by the Australian Research Council（abb.ARC）that is called Linkage Programme,analyses the characteristics of the programme,and proposes some advices to enhance the cooperation between university and industry through science funding activity in China.
