摘要
介绍了银铜硬钎焊法在鼠笼式高压电机转子笼条断裂修复上的应用。利用此方法对焦化厂鼠笼式高压电机转子笼条断裂进行了焊接修复。修复后,满足了电机运转性能要求,为保障生产奠定了坚实基础。
The application of silver-copper brazing process in the cage fracture repair of squirrel-cage type high-voltage motor rotor was introduced in the paper. By using this method,the cage fracture welding repair of squirrel-cage type high-voltage motor rotor was carried out,and after repair,the requirement in motor running performance was satisfied,providing a firm foundation for the production assurance.
