含硫钢冶炼工艺的研究与应用

摘要 通过研究电炉出钢合成渣洗、低硫容量炉渣、硫合金化、VD炉梯形吹氩控制等技术,开发出一种含硫钢冶炼新技术,提高了钢水洁净度,改善了钢水可浇性,VD真空处理后硫损失≤0.005%,实现了含硫钢的批量稳定生产,产品质量稳定,满足了高端客户的需求。 By studying the electric furnace tapping synthetic slag washing,slag with low-sulfur capacity,sulfur alloying,trapezoidal blowing argon control technology in VD furnace,etc.,a new technology for the smelting process of sulfur-bearing steels was raised,and thus,the cleanliness of molten steel was improved,the castability of molten steel was improved,the sulfur loss after VD vacuum processing was controlled within 0. 005%,and now the stable batch production of sulfur-bearing steels with stable product quality was realized,the needs of high-end customers was met.
