液面自动控制系统是保证连铸机正常生产的重要环节之一。本文详细介绍了莱钢特钢事业部新区连铸GAMMAcast液面自控系统的概况与工作原理,并针对生产以来出现的计数率超误差范围、探测器信号丢失、塞棒系统使用不当等问题做出了相应的改进措施,有效避免了连铸因液面自控系统故障导致的停浇。

The liquid level auto-control system is one of important links ensuring the normal production of continuous casting machine. In the paper,the overview and working principle of GAMMAcast liquid level auto-control system in New Area of Special Steel Business Division of Laiwu Steel were introduced in detail,and aiming at the problems appeared since production,such as the count rate over error range,the probe signal loss and the improper use of stopper system,the corresponding improvement measures were carried out,then the stop pouring in continuous casting process caused by liquid level auto-control system fault was effectively avoided.
