低碳钢CaO-CaF2二元渣系条件下精炼过程脱硫分析

摘要 结合某低碳钢Ca O-Ca F_2二元精炼渣条件下的精炼实际,研究和分析了精炼渣量、w(%Ca F2)、吹氩流量、吨钢吹氩量对钢中硫含量、脱硫率及LF精炼前期表观脱硫系数(K_S)的影响。结果表明:LF精炼前期,随着吹氩流量增加,K_S逐渐增大。吨钢吹氩量为0.26~0.28 m^3·t^-1,渣量为22 kg/t,w(%Ca F2)为26%~28%时,w[%S]最低,脱硫率最高。 Combined with the refining practice of some low-carbon steel under the condition of Ca O-Ca F_2 refining slag system,the influence of refining slag amount,w( % Ca F_2),argon-blowing flow,argon blowing amount per ton steel on the sulfur content in steel,the desulphurization rate,and the apparent desulfurization coefficient in the early stage of LF refining was studied and analyzed. The result showed that,in the early stage of LF refining,with the increase of argon blowing flow,KS gradually increased.The argon blowing amount per ton steel was 0. 26 ~ 0. 28 m^3· t^(-1),the slag quantity was 22 kg /t,w( % Ca F_2) was 26%~28%,w[% S]was the lowest,and the desulfurization rate was the highest.
