高炉上料皮带机是一种大倾角连续输送设备,其倾角达75°,安装高度高达60多米,且存在高空作业、空间狭小、安全风险大的特点。在莱钢集团银山型钢炼铁厂1 880 m^3高炉上料皮带机更换工程中采用一种安装方法,更换时间短,施工安全可靠,工程质量有保证。
BF charging belt conveyor is one kind of continuous conveying equipment with large declination angle,with the declination angle of 75 ° and the installation height of 60 meters,and has the characteristics of aerial work,narrow space and high security risk. So,one kind of installation method was used in the replacement engineering of 1880m^3 blast furnace charging conveyor in Yinshan Section Steel Ironmaking Plant of Laiwu Steel Group,for this method had a short replacement time and a safe and reliable construction,thus the project quality was assured.
