摘要
阿魏酸是广泛存在于植物体内的一种天然活性物质,阿魏酸的应用已从医药领域逐步拓展到食品和化妆品等领域。对阿魏酸的来源、性质、制备以及应用等方面的研究进行综述,介绍近年来阿魏酸的研究状况。
Ferulic acid is a natural active products widely found in plants. The application of ferulic acid has expanded gradually from medical field to food and cosmetics. In this review, the source, property, preparation and application of ferulic acid were summarized and the research status of ferulic acid was ontroduced.
