江苏食品安全监管措施及实践研究

摘要 食品安全关乎人民群众的生命安全。分析江苏的食品安全形势,研究存在的主要问题及其原因,结合发达国家和地区的经验,着重构建江苏食品安全监控的实施路径,即加强执法队伍建设,完善符合地方特殊情况的法律法规,构建食品"可追溯体系"及相关的农村食品安全监控,建立科学的举报、投诉和反馈体系等,促进江苏的食品安全监管机制更加完善和科学。 Food safety is of much concern to the life of ordinary people. The paper analyzes the status quo of food safety in Jiangsu, probes into its problems and causes, by drawing on experience from developed countries and regions, puts forward a series of measures for the implementation of food safety supervision in Jiangsu. These measures, which include strengthening the construction of law enforcement team, perfecting laws and regulations to meet the local specific needs, setting up a "food traceability system" and relevant food safety supervision system in rural areas, and making the system more scientific for tipping-off, com build a more complete and effective food safety supervision mechanism plaining and giving feedback, are aimed to in Jiangsu Province.
