摘要
通过研究历史上有关酱的生产和食用的文献资料,分析不同历史阶段酱的生产状况,得出东汉和南北朝时期是我国古代酱生产发展的两个重要历史阶段。
This paper analyzes the production status of sauce during different historical stage through studying document literature of the production and consumption of sauce, thus conclusions that the Eastern Han Dynasty and the Northern and Southern Dynasties are important historical periods of Chinese production development of ancient sauce.
