摘要
蜂蜜具有很高的营养价值,但是市场上的蜂蜜质量参差不齐。在日常检验中,蜂蜜产品中的水分含量、果糖和葡萄糖含量、HMF、抗生素、淀粉酶活性等项目不合格的现象较为普遍。如今蜂蜜掺假现象越来越严重,在检验工作中,除了常设指标外,还应对淀粉糖浆、C-4植物糖等指标进行检验。
Honey has high nutritional value, nevertheless, the quality of honey on current market is uneven. In daily inspection, the unqualified phenomenon of some items such as moisture content, the fructose or glucose content, HMF, antibiotics, amylase activity etc. is very common. Now adulteration phenomenon of honey products is more and more serious. In addition to permanent indicators, the other indicators such as starch syrup and C-4 plant sugar shall be tested in inspection work.
