摘要
简述了黏结型热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)的特点、合成原理以及几种制备方法。介绍了黏结型TPU在交通、服装、制鞋、油墨、手机等几个典型领域的应用;指出黏结型TPU在中国及全球范围内具有巨大的市场及较高的增长速率,像双螺杆连续本体法那样生产效率高、工艺流程短、产品质量好、对环境无污染的合成工艺将成为其制备的主要发展方向。
The characteristics,synthesis principle and several preparation methods of the adhesion type thermoplastic polyurethane（TPU） are briefly described.The applications of the adhesion type TPU in several typical fields including communication,clothing,footwear,ink,mobile phone and so on are introduced.It is pointed out that the adhesion type TPU has huge market and higher growth rate in China and in the world.The synthesis technology such as the twin screw continuous bulk method with the advantages of high production efficiency,short process flow,good product quality and non-pollution to environment will become the main development direction of its preparation.
