基于层次分析法的固体发动机界面黏结辅助设计

摘要 为提高固体发动机界面黏结质量的稳定性和可靠性,将层次分析法应用于界面黏结的辅助设计。介绍了层次分析法的基本原理,并以衬层配方设计方案选择为例,探讨了该方法用于界面黏结辅助设计的思路和实施步骤。该方法可对经验因素进行量化描述,避免设计者在结构复杂和方案较多时逻辑推理的失误,是一种优选设计方案的新方法。 In order to improve the stability and reliability of the interface bonding quality of solid rocket motor, the analytic hierarchy process was used in the assistant design of interface bonding. The basic principle of the analytic hierarchy process was introduced. The idea and implementation procedures for assistant design of interface bonding using this method were discussed by using the liner formulation design scheme selection as the example. This method can quantitatively describe the experiential factors and avoid the errors of the logic reasoning in case of complex structure and more schemes for designers. Therefore, it is a novel method for optimizing design scheme.
