摘要
研究了基体效应、参比强度K值、衍射强度、物相粒度、X射线管功率等实验条件对TOPAS定量分析的影响。对比了D8 ADVANCE型X射线衍射仪EVA和TOPAS 2种定量分析软件,发现TOPAS定量方法具有相对较高的准确度,可用于物相的定量分析。
The influence of the experimental conditions including matrix effect, reference intensity K value diffraction intensity, particle size of phase, power of X-ray tube on TOPAS quantitative analysis was investigated. The two types of quantitative analysis software including EVA and TOPAS for D8 ADVANCE type X-ray diffractomete was compared. It is found that the TOPAS quantitative method possesses relatively high accuracy and can be used fo the phase quantitative analysis.
