槐绿虎天牛对国槐6种挥发物的EAG及行为反应 被引量:9

EAG and behavioral responses of Chlorophorus diadema(Motschulsky)to six volatiles from Sophora japonica

摘要 为了开发防治槐绿虎天牛的生物诱剂,通过触角电位(EAG)反应和嗅觉行为测试,研究了国槐6种挥发物单方及11种组合配方对槐绿虎天牛的引诱活性.结果显示:(1)在6种不同体积分数的单一化合物中,除3-戊醇和己醛对槐绿虎天牛有忌避作用外,其他4种化合物均表现出不同程度的引诱活性.正辛烷在体积分数为0.001 0%、沉香醇和1-庚烯在体积分数为0.010 0%、异戊二烯在体积分数为0.005 0%时,槐绿虎天牛的EAG反应相对值和嗅觉行为相对选择率均达到最大值,且高于其他单一化合物;(2)在11种组合配方中,槐绿虎天牛对配方A、D、B的EAG反应相对值较高,对配方J、C、B、E的嗅觉行为相对选择率最大,对配方A、G和I无明显的选择性甚至有忌避反应. In order to develop new biological attractants to Chlorophorus diadema (Motschulsky), the electroantennogram (EAG) and behavioral responses of Chlorophorus diadema to six single volatiles from Sophorajaponica and eleven blends of these were tested using an EAG meter and a Y-tube olfactometer. The results showed that: ( 1 )As for the six single volatiles, with the exception of 3-pentanol and hexanal, the other four kinds of volatiles, namely octane, linalool, 1-Heptene, isoprene, had attractive activities to Chlorophorus diadema at different levels. The EAG response values and relative selection rates both achieved the maximums when the volume fraction of octane was 0.001 0%, the volume fraction of linalool and 1-Heptene were both 0.010 0%, the volume fraction of isoprene was 0.005 0%. And the values were higher than those in the other sin- gle components ; (2) As for the eleven mixed formulations, the EAG response values of Chlorophorus diadema to A, D and B were relatively higher than those in the other eight formulations. J, C, B and E had higher attraetant activities to Chtoropho- rus diadema. While A, G and I had little attractive activities to Chlorophorus diadema, even had avoidance activity.
