Social harmony is the essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Promoting the development of a harmonious socialist society is an important task of the first goal in the near one hundred year. Democracy and rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and friendliness, being full of vigor, stability and order, harmony between man and nature, which were proposed by President Xi Jinping, are the basic features as well as the overall requirement of building a harmonious socialist society. Xi＇ thought about harmony has not only revealed the connotation of harmony, inherited and developed comrade Hu Jintao＇s thought about harmony, but also led and created a new situation for the development of harmony.
