摘要
1944年布雷顿森林体系建立起美元-黄金本位的国际货币体系,1971年美元与黄金脱钩,却巧妙地与石油挂钩,美元发行不再受黄金储备的束缚,美元开始了其全球殖民进程。1999年欧元的出世对美元殖民主义形成巨大的挑战和竞争,美元与欧元之间的博弈为人民币国际化提供了难得的历史机遇和经验借鉴。
In 1944 Bretton Woods system established USD- gold standard of international monetary system, and in 1971 USD was separated from gold, but cleverly linked to oil. Thus the issuance of USD was no longer subject to gold reserves, and the USD began its global colonization process. The euro born in 1999 has formed a huge challenge and competition to the USD. However, the game between USD and Euro provides a rare historical opportunity and experience for the internationalization of RMB.
