边境地区大旅游产业发展研究——以德宏州为例

Development of Great Tourism in the Border areas: a Case Study of Dehong

大旅游产业是边境民族地区加快区域发展方式转变、产业结构调整、打造经济增长极的一项重大战略决策。本文以云南省德宏州为例,分析了边境地区在大旅游理念下旅游发展过程中存在的问题和影响因素,提出了统筹规划、融合旅游产业发展的思路,在政府大旅游规划指引下,鼓励社会参与,在市场运作中不断实现调整和优化,促进本地区优势资源开发和资源替代,促进多元消费和产业链建设,实现行业融合深化、经济发展加快、社会和谐的发展之路。

The development of grand tourism is a major strategy for the ethnic border areas to speed up the transformation of regional development mode, the adjustment of industrial structure, and to create the economic growth pole. Based on the case study of Dehong area of Yunnan Province, this paper discusses the existing problems and influencing factors of tourism development in the direction of grand tourism in the frontier areas. Then, it puts forward the suggestion of overall planning and integration of the tourism industry. That is, under the guidance of the government＇s planning of great tourism, we should encourage social participation, and the constant adjustment and optimization of traveling industry in the market operation. What＇s more, we should try to promote the development of regional resources and alternative resources as well as the construction of diversified consumption and industry chain. Only in this way can we realize the integration and further development of tourism industry, the rapid development of economy and the harmony of society in the ethnic border areas.
