企地和谐关系的构建对于国有企业主导作用的有效发挥以及地方经济社会的健康、可持续发展具有重大的现实意义。国企党组织要充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用,从国民经济、社会发展的全局高度来正确认识和处理企地之间的关系,按照科学发展观的发展要求,本着企地互惠、和谐共建的原则,以服务、沟通和引导三大功能为导向,通过思想引导、文化融合、合作履责和机制完善等路径,塑造企地利益共同体,构筑企地和谐新格局。
