基于MOOC的云南民族地区远程教育发展策略

摘要 远程教育能够有效促进地区教育公平、满足不同层次的学习需求和整合共享优质教育资源,是解决云南民族地区教育需求与教育资源相对短缺矛盾的战略选择。云南民族地区远程教育存在教师远程教育培训效果不理想、学生远程教育受益面不广泛、远程教育的教学设计不合理和教学媒体设备使用的粗放型等问题,利用MOOC可以培训教师和辅助教学、深化民族语言的学习、营造资源共建的理念和创新教学互动的功能。借助现代教育信息技术探索大规模开放在线课程(MOOC)与民族教育的结合,有望促使云南民族地区的教育朝着更公平、更均衡的方向发展。 With the advantages of effective promotion of education equality, satisfaction of various needs of learning and integration of excellent educational resources, distance learning is a priority choice for the Yunnan frontier ethnic areas, as it can settle the contradiction between the demand and shortage of education resources in these regions. However, there are some problems in the present distance education, such as undesirable training effect, narrow benefit range, lack of reasonableness in teaching de- sign and inadequacy in the use of the teaching media devices. Instead, MOOC has many merits in training teachers and assis- tance teaching, strengthening national language learning, creating the concept of co -building resources, and innovating interactive teaching. With the aid of modern edueational information technology, the introduction of massive open online courses ( MOOC ) into ethnic education will promote the education of ethnic minority areas of Yunnan to be more equitable and balanced.
