工商管理类专业学生应用能力培养的实践与探索——以楚雄师范学院经管学院为例

Application Ability Development of Business Administration Majors: Practice and Exploration——A Case Study on School of Economics and Management,Chuxiong Normal University

工商管理类专业是与当今社会经济发展紧密相关的应用性学科专业,结合国家教育部关于应用技术型本科大学转型的要求,该类专业如何由培养学术型、研究型人才向应用型人才转变,探索学生应用能力培养成了一个非常重要的问题。本文以楚雄师范学院经济与管理学院工商管理类专业人才培养实践为例,在深入理解应用型本科人才内涵的基础上,从完善人才培养方案、优化课程体系建设、加强师资队伍建设、引入"产教融合"思路强化实践教学等方面提出工商管理类学生应用能力培养的具体途径。

Business administration is an application- oriented subject closely related to both social and economic activities. To answer to the call of the Ministry of Education that universities be transformed to application- oriented,it is imperative that ways be explored for business administration majors to be developed,both those research- oriented and application- oriented. This paper presents the example of School of Economics and Management,Chuxiong Normal University where the aforementioned issue is being explored from the perspectives of talent development strategies,curriculum construction,teaching faculty,combination of teaching and business operation based on the profound understanding of what an application- oriented business administration major is.
