摘要
目的建立测定老蔻丸中大黄酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Waters Sunfire C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(80∶20),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为25℃。结果该方法专属性强,大黄酚进样量在0.015 70~0.784 85μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.54%,RSD=1.48(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性良好,可用于老蔻丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of chrysophanol in Laokou Pills. Methods Waters Sunfire C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was Methanol- 0. 1% phosphoric solution( 80 ∶ 20),the flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results This method had good specificity. The good linear relationship was found in the range of 0. 015 70- 0. 784 85 μg,and the average recovery rate was 99. 54%,RSD = 1. 48( n = 6). Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple operation,accurate results,and good reproducibility,can be used for the quality control of Laokou Pills.
