农村乡镇小学全科教师生态化培养研究

摘要 基于我国农村乡镇基础教育的实际,对小学教师实施继续教育已成为共识,国家实施"国培师资计划"是一项重要举措,培养小学全科教师的问题是一个不可忽视的问题。现针对实施"国培计划"中的相关问题,用生态学的系统理论对相关问题进行分析思考,以为培养人才及高校转型发展提供参考。 Practical situation of basic education in the rural areas requires that continuing education be implemented. Based on this awareness,the Stated is now launching an important program on developing all-subject teachers. This paper employs the system theory of ecology to analyze the issues in the implementation of the "State Program"to help the teacher development program and the transition of higher education.
