航材供应商评价模型研究

Research on Evaluation Model of Aviation Materials Suppliers

为了确定指标对航材供应商评价的影响程度,提高航材供应商评价的客观性与准确性,提出一种层次分析法与主成分分析法相结合的航材供应商综合评价模型。运用层次分析法对评价指标体系中的二级指标进行定量分析。然后,通过主成分分析筛选一级评价指标,对指标数据进行降维,得到最佳的评价指标集合。分析结果表明:该模型降低了指标的相关性,提高了评价的客观性,具有较高的可行性。

To define the index affecting degree and improve the accuracy of aviation materials suppliers evaluation, we proposed a method for evaluating aviation materials suppliers based on AHP and PCA. Firstly, we quantitative analysis the evaluation index system＇s secondary index by AHP. Then, screening out main index by PCA and making it dimensionality reduction to get the best collection of variables. The results shows that the model reduces the index correlation and improve the objectivity of evaluation with highly feasible.
