文章主要剖析当前高职物流管理专业的学生普遍存在顶岗实习后纷纷离职的问题,以江苏食品药品职业技术学院物流管理专业为例,通过调研2013-2015年连续三届毕业生,分析当前物流管理专业学生离职的原因,探索了高职物流管理专业学生顶岗实习模式,为高职院校人才培养和顶岗实习工作提供一定的借鉴和参考。

This paper mainly analyzes the logistics management major in higher vocational college students＇ post practice after have quit widespread problems, taking the logistics management specialty of Jiangsu Food and Drug Vocational and Technical College as an example, through the investigation of 2013 to 2015 three consecutive graduates analysis of current logistics management professional students quit reason, explore the logistics management major in higher vocational college students＇ post practice mode, and also provides certain reference for vocational training and post practice work.
