摘要
以马铃薯品种大西洋、东农303幼苗为试验材料,综合分析了低温胁迫下马铃薯幼苗的丙二醛、叶绿素、脯氨酸和SOD等生理生化指标,以及光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度等光合特性,结果表明,马铃薯大西洋品种表现出的抗寒性优于东农303。
Taking Dongnong 303 potato and Daxiyang potato as experimental materials,analyzed comprehensively the physiological- biochemical indexes such as malondialdehyde( MDA), chlorophyll, proline and SOD and the photosynthetic characteristics such as photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of potato seedlings under low temperature stress. The results showed that the cold resistance of Daxiyang potato was better than that of Dongnong 303 potato.
