易感病烟田中土壤微生物与酶活性变化的研究 被引量:5

摘要 比较了健康烟田与易感病烟田根际土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌菌落数量及脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性在烤烟生育期间的变化情况。研究结果表明:易感病烟田土壤细菌和放线菌数量比健康烟田减少,在烟株移栽后45 d和60 d时两块田差异显著;易感病烟田土壤真菌数量比健康烟田增多,在烟株移栽后45 d、60 d和75 d时差异显著。与健康烟田相比,易感病烟田土壤的脲酶活性明显下降,蔗糖酶活性总体上有所下降,而过氧化氢酶活性变化不大。 Compared with the changes of colony numbers of bacteria,fungus,actinomycetes as well as enzymatic activity of urease,catalase and sucrase in rhizospheric soil of the healthy tobacco field and the tobacco field susceptible to diseases in the flue-cured tobacco growth period. The results showed that,compared with the healthy tobacco field,the number of bacteria and actinomycetes decreased in the tobacco field susceptible to diseases,and this figure between these two types of tobacco field was significantly different after transplanting 45 d and 60 d. The number of fungus in the tobacco field susceptible to diseases increased more than those of in healthy tobacco field,the difference was significant after transplanting for 45 d,60 d and 75 d. Compared with the healthy tobacco field,the soil urease activity in the tobacco field susceptible to disease decreased obviously,the invertase activity decreased slightly,the catalase activity changed little.
