Exploration of Relationship between Grassroots Environmental Protection NGO and Local Government in Rural Environmental Management

阐述了草根环保NGO与地方政府之间的合作关系,分析了两者普遍存在的困境:双方缺乏共识、缺乏信任、缺乏沟通。为此,提出了从草根环保NGO和地方政府两方面进行完善合作关系的路径分析。

This paper expounded the cooperation relationship between the grassroots environmental protection NGO and the local government,analyzed the common dilemma of the grassroots environmental protection NGO and the local government,including lack of consensus,lack of trust,and lack of communication. Therefore,put forward the path analysis of the perfect cooperation relationship from the two aspects of grassroots ENGO and local government.
