基于价值工程理论视角的生态体育园园区功能设计与价值实现

Study on Function Design and Value Realization of Ecological Sport Park from the Perspective of Value Engineering

采用文献资料、实地考察、比较分析等研究方法对生态体育园的概念进行界定,对生态体育园的功能进行分析和定位,对生态体育园功能区进行设计和布局,并在此基础上,探讨生态体育园价值实现的途径与评估方法。研究表明,生态体育园是指以"人—体育—环境"三者之间的相互协调、共生共融、和谐发展为前提,以体育运动项目与生态环境为基本载体,以身体运动为活动参与形式,以健康、文明的生活方式为诉求,集体育竞赛、健身锻炼、娱乐休闲、旅游观光、生态保护、体育商业、体育科技等于一体的体育园区或场所。其中,"人-体育-环境"的和谐是生态体育园发展的重要前提,体育运动项目与生态环境是生态体育园的基本载体,满足人们健康文明生活方式的诉求是生态体育园发展的要求,功能多样化与集合化是生态体育园发展的关键。通过改变功能与成本可确定5种生态体育园园区价值实现的途径。生态体育园园区价值实现的评估方法主要有现有生态体育园园区价值实现的评估和待建生态体育园园区价值实现的评估2种类型。

Using the methods of literature review,field research and comparative analysis,the present thesis studies the approaches and evaluation methods of value realization of ecological sports park by defining the basic concept,analyzing and locating the function,designing and laying out the function areas,of ecological sports park.The results show that the ecological sports park refers to the sports park or venue integrating sports competitions,fitness,entertainment and leisure,traveling and sightseeing,ecological protection,sports business,and sport science and technology,which takes the mutual coordination,symbiotic and harmonious development of＂man-sport-environment＂as the prerequisite,sports events and the ecological environment as the basic carrier,physical activities as the form of participation,and healthy and civilized lifestyle as the aim.Among them,the harmony of ＂man-sport-environment＇is the important premise of the development of the ecological sports park,sports events and the ecological environment the basic carrier,meeting the demand of the people＇s healthy and civilized lifestyle the requirement of the development of ecological sports park,and the diversification and integration of functions the key to the development of ecological sports park.Five ways can be determined to realize the value of ecological sports park by changing the function and the cost.The evaluation of value realization of the ecological sports park includes the evaluation of the value realization of the existing ones and the ones waiting to be built.
