中美篮球用品专利质量指数实证研究

Patent Quality Index of China and the United States Basketball Goods Evaluation and Implications

选取1985—2014年中美2国篮球用品发明专利文献数据,通过构建篮球用品专利质量指数评价体系,分别从法律层面选取授权量、专利授权率、失效量,技术层面选取被引量、技术覆盖量、发明专利量、发明人指标进行分析。结果显示:我国篮球用品发明专利质量指数得分为3.951,美国篮球用品发明专利质量指数得分为5.504;在篮球用品专利质量指数评价体系中,法律层面指数与专利质量指数高度相关;法律层面指数中的授权量、专利授权率指数与专利质量指数存在正相关,技术层面指数中的被引量指数与专利质量指数存在正相关。当前,我国篮球专利质量与美国相比还存在较大差距,在今后应重视体育用品研发人才的培养,构建核心技术,提高专利质量,从而为我国体育用品制造行业赶超美国奠定基础。

This paper,through building basketball patent quality index evaluation system,statistical analyzes the legal level including patent granted,patent authorization rates,invalid patents,and the technical level including cited,technology scope,invention patents,inventors from 1985 to 2014years of basketball invention patent literature in China and America.The result shows that patent quality index of basketball goods is 3.951,and America is 5.504.In the basketball patent quality index evaluation system,high correlation is found between the legal level index and the patent quality index.Then patent granted index,patent authorization rates index and cited index have a positive correlation with the patent quality index.Compared with the United States,we are still exists a large gap,in the future,we should pay attention to the cultivation of sports goods research talents,build the core of technology,improve the quality of patents that lay the foundation for our country sports goods industry for catching up with it.
